Central control system –Nationwide store real-time monitoring and remote support service

Our company monitors and controls the service status of nationwide stores at headquarters through central control system and in the event of a problemwith each store, we take countermeasures by verifying it at our system. Therefore, we inhibit the situation where the service is stopped due to system problems as much as possible and night shifts are organized and ready to respond at all times. This is a safety plate providing a stable service from the perspective of each store owner.

Also, a service operation management system aggregates an operating situation by each store, ballpark, operating condition and extracts it as statistics, using it as basic data of proactive response to the system and after-sales service. Provided to each store owner as an operational tool, this is a service operating system to check the operation status of their store.

Before Service – Pre-response service: Based on operating data by each store secured through central control system and service operation management system, we are building an operation management system that a preliminary inspection team is dispatched to nationwide stores where a system failure is detected or pre-response is required to check and manage system anomalies periodically. Based on this, we improve the satisfaction of store owners by minimizing problems disrupting operation due to system malfunction of each store.

After Service – Emergency Response Service: We are building an after-sales service system that Emergency Response Team in 4 regions of thewhole country such as Seoul Gyeonggi / Chungcheong / Honam / Yeongnamcan be dispatched within 2 hours.
The pre-check team responds to most problems in advance but a system to handle emergency when an emergency occurs maintains the best technical satisfaction of store owners.
